與香港特別行政區《個人資料（私隱）條例》相關之陳述。

您提交的個人資料將由WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited（「WeChat Pay HK」或「我們」）根據本陳述處理。您向我們提供您的個人資料，即視爲您同意本陳述的內容。

請閱讀本陳述內容，瞭解您依據《個人資料（私隱）條例》享有的權利，以及您于我們收集您個人資料的方式上可作出的選擇。請注意，如您拒絕向我們提供所需個人資料，我們將無法處理您申請開設使用WeChat Pay HK商戶賬號（「商戶賬號」）的請求。

我們收集的個人資料類型

聯繫資料：連絡人的姓名和手機號碼。

請注意，在您提交申請時，可能還會被要求提供企業信息（包括您的企業名稱、企業所在地址以及設置您商戶賬號的偏好），這些信息幷非個人資料。

收集個人資料的目的

我們收集您個人資料的目的，是爲了處理您商戶賬號的設置申請。您必須向我們提交您的聯繫資料，從而讓我們能够與您溝通有關您商戶賬號申請的事宜。

我們與誰共享您的個人資料

我們將對我們持有的個人資料保密，但我們在爲達成上文所述之目的屬必要的範圍內，且在法律允許的限度內，可能會向以下人士（其可能位于香港特別行政區境內或境外）提供您的個人資料：

· 我們的企業集團旗下的其它關聯公司，以處理幷激活您的申請屬必要者爲限；

· 提供與WeChat Pay HK及商戶賬號相關之服務的第三方服務提供商；

· 對我們負有保密職責之我們的專業顧問或任何其他人士；或

· 我們因法律法規要求或司法等合法命令，有義務向其披露相關信息的任何人士。

資料查閱和改正

您有權要求查閱我們所持有之與您相關的個人資料，幷在任何資料不準確的情况下要求予以改正。

WeChat Pay HK Merchant Application

Personal Information Collection Statement (“Statement”)

Statement in connection with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (“PDPO”) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong SAR”).

The personal data you submit will be processed by WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited (“WeChat Pay HK”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in accordance with this Statement. By providing your personal data to us, you are consenting to this Statement.

Please read this Statement to understand your rights under the PDPO and the choices you can make about the way your personal data is collected by us. Please note that if you decline to provide us with the personal data required, we will not be able to process your application for a merchant account for use in connection with WeChat Pay HK (“Merchant Account”).

Types of personal data collected

Contact details: Contact person’s name and mobile number.

Please note that as part of your application you may be asked to provide business information, including your business name, business address, and preferences for setting up your Merchant Account, which are not personal data.

Purposes of collecting Personal Data

We collect your personal data for the purpose of processing your application to set up a Merchant Account. It is mandatory for you to provide your contact details so that we can communicate with you in relation to your Merchant Account application.

Who we share your personal data with

Personal data held by us will be kept confidential but we may provide your personal data to the following persons (who may be within or outside the Hong Kong SAR), to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes specified above and to the extent permitted by law:

· other affiliates within our corporate group, where necessary to process and validate your application;

· third party service providers who provide services in connection with WeChat Pay HK and Merchant Accounts;

· any of our professional advisors or any other person under a duty of confidentiality to us; or

· any person to whom we are under an obligation to make disclosure of the information in accordance with legal or regulatory requirements, or judicial or other lawful order.

Data access and correction

You have the right to access your personal data we hold about you and to request that it be corrected if it is inaccurate.

You can exercise these rights, and make other inquiries in relation to our Privacy Policy or any privacy-related matters by contacting our Data Protection Officer at wechatpayhk_privacy@wechat.com. Please note that we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access or correction request.
