1. Citi Visa x WeChat Pay HK專屬電子現金券簽賬獎賞優惠，詳情如下（「本推廣」）：

2. 於本推廣獲享之電子現金券只適用於由花旗銀行( 香港) 有限公司(「花旗銀行」) 所發行之Citi Visa信用卡 (「認可信用卡」) ，並將其認可信用卡連結於WeChat Pay HK賬戶之主卡持卡人及附屬卡持卡人(「客戶/用戶」)。花旗銀行將根據儲存於花旗銀行之紀錄，以決定客戶是否合資格參加本推廣及核實任何簽賬交易。
3. 高達HK$240 Citi Visa信用卡專屬電子現金券簽賬獎賞內容:
i. 客戶經WeChat Pay HK以認可信用卡作單一合資格簽賬HK$50或以上可獲WeChat Pay HK電子印花一個(「電子印花」)。
ii. 「合資格簽賬」包括於推廣期內(以簽賬日期計算)以認可信用卡經WeChat Pay HK 以港幣結算及已誌賬之指定本地非網上及網上簽賬(轉賬，派利是，任何儲值支付工具增值服務，國際匯款除外)。
iii. 每日派發WeChat Pay HK電子印花總數量有限，先到先得。每位客戶於每天只可獲WeChat Pay HK電子印花一個。
iv. 客戶於推廣期可享簽賬獎賞詳情如下:

每位客戶可享之電子現金券將根據以上簽賬獎賞要求而定。每位客戶可於推廣期之任何一個月內自行選擇以5 個電子印花兌換1張HK$20電子現金券或以10個電子印花兌換3張HK$20 電子現金券。客戶可於每月作一次性兌換10個電子印花享HK$60電子現金券，但如客戶分開兌換5個電子印花兩次，只可享HK$20電子現金券兩次。客戶應在一個月內累積到10個電子印花時作一次性兌換，以獲得最多HK$60電子現金券。如客戶於累積到10個電子印花前已使用5 個電子印花兌換1張HK$20電子現金券，客戶只可以使用及後於同一個月內賺取之另外5 個電子印花兌換額外HK$20電子現金券1張，即該月最多只可享HK$20電子現金券兩次。每位客戶於每月最多可享HK$60電子現金券及於推廣期最多可享HK$240電子現金券。
v. 已賺取之電子印花按月計算，客戶須於每月之最後一個曆日或之前自行以電子印花作電子現金券兌換，任何未兌換之電子印花將自動失效。已兌換之電子現金券將發放至客戶的WeChat Pay HK 賬戶內。
vi. 每張電子現金券有效期為發行日起之30日有效，並只限在下一次於WeChat Pay HK的指定合作商戶以WeChat Pay HK 任何單一消費滿HK$50或以上並以認可信用卡進行交易時自動扣減。
vii. 每次交易只可使用1張電子現金券。逾期未使用之電子現金券將自動失效，並不獲補發。
viii. 於推廣期，每月電子現金券優惠數量有限，先到先得，額滿即止。任何情況下，以WeChat Pay HK的電腦紀錄為準。
4. 除特別註明外，客戶完成條款3之條件後，WeChat Pay HK將發放有關電子現金券至客戶的WeChat Pay HK 賬戶內，客戶於WeChat Pay HK賬戶的「優惠專區」內的「優惠券」可查看電子現金券詳情。每次交易只有一張於本推廣獲得之電子現金券會於符合使用條件時自動扣減。花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited (「WeChat Pay Hong Kong」)於任何情況下均不會對客戶未能成功領取有關電子現金券及/或遺失有關電子現金券而負上任何責任。
5. 推廣期內，每一位客戶僅限根據以上條款及細則參與推廣。為免疑慮，「每一位客戶」是指使用WeChat Pay HK 服務的、具有法律行為能力的一名自然人，而非一個WeChat Pay HK帳號。為進一步避免爭議，在下述情形，有關帳號將被視為由同一位客戶/用戶所使用：
i. 使用多於一個賬號在同一部手提電話或流動設備上登錄；或
ii. 同一個賬號在多部手提電話或流動設備上登錄；或
iii. 同一張信用卡號被綁定於多個WeChat Pay HK賬戶。
當以上情況發生時，為確認客戶資格及預防WeChat Pay HK帳號、手機號碼、流動設備或信用卡被盜用的風險，WeChat Pay HK保留暫停或永久停止向相關賬號發放優惠的權利及保留追究權利。
6. 電子現金券只適用於WeChat Pay HK的香港合作商戶。電子現金券不可兌換現金，也不可用作任何儲值支付工具增值服務，及並不適用於任何税務支付、P2P個人對個人付款轉賬、本地或國際匯款、派利是、電訊增值及生活繳費服務。電子現金券由WeChat Pay Hong Kong提供，只適用於以WeChat Pay HK 支付的交易。各種電子現金券的使用方式受其相關條款及細則約束及WeChat Pay Hong Kong保留權利於任何時間修訂、更改相關推廣活動之任何條款及細則。
7. 客戶在享用優惠時不須出示電子現金券，只要符合推廣活動規則，電子現金券金額會在客戶下一次使用WeChat Pay HK 支付時自動扣減並於成功付款後顯示為已使用優惠。
8. 如客戶的WeChat Pay HK「優惠券」內有多於1張電子現金券，WeChat Pay HK系統會先自動使用面值較高的電子現金券。如「優惠券」內有多於1張相同面值的電子現金券，WeChat Pay HK系統會先自動使用較先到期的電子現金券。
9. 當WeChat Pay HK同時有多於一個派發電子現金券的推廣活動進行，且客戶滿足任何或所有活動的派券條款及細則，則客戶可享所有相關活動派發的電子現金券。
10. 如有任何舞弊/欺詐成分或任何客戶取消已獲取電子現金券/獎賞之有關交易，花旗銀行保留在沒有事先通知的情況下從該客戶的認可信用卡賬戶内扣減對應於電子現金券/獎賞金額的權利。
11. 在電子現金券的使用過程中，如果出現違反本條款及細則、違法、欺詐或濫用行為，花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong將取消該客戶的優惠資格或其所獲之電子現金券而毋須另行通知， 並有權撤銷任何涉及違規行為的交易及向有關客戶追討損失。
12. 客戶之賬戶必須於推廣期內及獲取任何電子現金券/獎賞時保持有效及信用狀況良好，否則，花旗銀行保留取消向該客戶發放任何電子現金券/獎賞之權利而無須另行通知。除特別註明外，電子現金券/獎賞不可與其他優惠、折扣或優惠券同時使用，不可轉讓予其他人、不可兌換現金或其他優惠。
13. 客戶必須保留所有商戶簽賬紀錄正本及/或其他文件。如有任何爭議，花旗銀行保留要求客戶提供有關商戶簽賬紀錄及其他文件或證據的權利，以作核實。所提供之有關商戶簽賬紀錄及其他文件或證據將不獲退回。
14. 本推廣須受貨品或服務供應、賬戶審查及批核限制，並須依花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong之最終決定權而定。圖片、產品資料及價錢只供參考。
15. 如需退貨或退款，電子現金券所對應的金額將不作為退款款項，而電子現金券將不獲補發。
16. 當客戶進行相關交易時相當於接受花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong的服務及形式的相關風險和責任，以及花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong不負責就此類風險和負債所提出的任何索賠。
17. 花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong將依法進行香港特別行政區法例進行本推廣，如本推廣活動因受政府機關指令、遭受嚴重網絡攻擊、系統故障或因其他於花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong控制外的情況而無法順利進行，此種情況為不可抗力。花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong毋須為因不可抗力造成的損害、損失、糾紛承擔任何責任。
18. 用戶參加本推廣，即表示其接受並同意受本條款及細則約束，及同意WeChat Pay Hong Kong根據WeChat Pay Hong Kong「私隱政策」使用其個人資料作本推廣之用。
19. 花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong保留毋須事先通知的情況下更改、暫停或取消本推廣或修訂其條款及細則之酌情權，花旗銀行及WeChat Pay Hong Kong恕不就任何更改、暫停或終止承擔任何責任，並對所有事宜及爭議保留最終決定權。

1. The promotion of “Citi Visa x WeChat Pay HK – Exclusive e-cash vouchers spending reward” consists of the below offer (the “Promotion”):

2. The e-cash vouchers awarded under this Promotion is only available to Principal and Supplementary Cardholders who have linked their Citi Visa Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) ("Eligible Cards") to their WeChat Pay HK accounts (“Cardholder(s)/User(s)”). Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders and authenticity of the transactions based on Citibank’s records.
3. Get up to HK$240 Citi Visa Credit Card exclusive e-cash vouchers spending reward
i. Cardholders can conduct an Eligible Transaction with a single spending of HK$50 or above with any Eligible Card via WeChat Pay HK to earn one WeChat Pay HK e-stamp (“e-stamp(s)”).
ii. “Eligible Transaction” refers to the designated posted local offline and online transaction made in Hong Kong Dollars (excluding money transfer, red packet, top up for any stored value facilities, cross-border payment) with an Eligible Card via WeChat Pay HK during the Promotion Period (based on transaction dates).
iii. The WeChat Pay HK e-stamps are limited in quantity each day and are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Each Cardholder can only earn one WeChat Pay HK e-stamp each day.
iv. Cardholders can enjoy the spending rewards during the Promotion Period as follows:

Each Cardholder will be rewarded e-cash voucher based on the spending rewards allocated per the above table. Each Cardholder will have the option to choose to either redeem 5 e-stamps for 1pc x HK$20 e-cash voucher or 10 e-stamps for 3pcs x HK$20 e-cash voucher within any 1 month during the Promotion Period. Cardholder will be rewarded HK$60 e-cash vouchers upon one-off redemption of 10 e-stamps in a month, while Cardholder will only be rewarded 1pc x HK$20 e-cash voucher twice upon two redemptions of 5 e-stamps in a month. To maximize rewards, Cardholder should aim to meet the spending requirement to be rewarded with 10 e-stamps and choose to redeem the e-stamps upon accumulating 10 e-stamps within a month for HK$60 e-cash vouchers. In the case that a Cardholder chooses to redeem 5 e-stamps for HK$20 e-cash voucher prior to accumulating 10 e-stamps within a month, he/she will only be allowed to redeem the subsequent 5 e-stamps collected within the month for an extra HK$20 e-cash voucher, indicating the Cardholder will only earn maximum 2pcs x HK$20 e-cash voucher within that month. Each Cardholder will be eligible for a maximum of HK$60 e-cash vouchers per month and a maximum of HK$240 e-cash vouchers during the Promotion Period.
v. E-stamps collected are calculated monthly and Cardholder is required to redeem e-stamps for the e-cash vouchers on or before the last calendar day of each month and any unredeemed e-stamps will be forfeited. The e-cash voucher redeemed will be added to Cardholder’s WeChat Pay HK account.
vii. Only one e-cash voucher can be used per transaction conducted with WeChat Pay HK. The e-cash voucher that has not been used after the expiry date will automatically become invalid and will not be reissued.
viii. The e-cash voucher offer will be subject to a monthly quota throughout the Promotion Period. Offer is limited in quantity and on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last. The system record of WeChat Pay HK shall prevail under any circumstances.
4. Upon successful completion of requirement specified under Clause 3 (unless otherwise specified), Customers will be eligible for the relevant e-cash voucher under the offer. Cardholders may go to the “Coupon” under “Offers” to check the e-cash voucher details. Only 1 e-cash voucher rewarded under this Promotion will be deducted automatically per transaction in applicable circumstances. Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong Limited (“WeChat Pay Hong Kong”) shall bear no liability if Cardholders cannot perform a successful redemption of relevant e-cash voucher and/or the relevant e-cash voucher is lost due to any circumstances.
5. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can only participate in the Promotion in accordance with the terms and conditions above. For the avoidance of doubt, “each Cardholder” refers to a natural person with legal capacity who uses the WeChat Pay HK service, but not merely a WeChat Pay HK account. To further avoid any dispute, in the following circumstances, the relevant accounts will be deemed to be used by the same Cardholder/User:
i. Logging in of multiple accounts on the same mobile phone or mobile device; or
ii. Logging in of the same WeChat Pay HK account with multiple mobile phones or mobile devices; or
iii. The same credit card number being connected to multiple WeChat Pay HK accounts.
In the case of any of the above, in order to verify the Cardholder’s identity and prevent the risk of theft or misuse of such WeChat Pay HK account, mobile phone number, mobile device or credit card number, WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or terminate the release of offers rewarded to the relevant account and to take legal action it deems fit.
6. The e-cash voucher is only applicable at the designated merchants in Hong Kong via WeChat Pay HK. The e-cash voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to top up for any stored value facilities and are not applicable for any form of payment including tax payment, Person-to-Person (P2P) Payment transfer, local or international remittance, red packet, Telecom Payment and Utilities payment. The e-cash voucher(s) are issued by WeChat Pay Hong Kong and can only be used for transaction paid by WeChat Pay HK. The use of different types of e-cash voucher are subject to their respective terms and conditions to be determined by WeChat Pay Hong Kong from time to time.
7. Cardholders are not required to present the e-cash voucher when enjoying the offer. Under applicable circumstances, the e-cash voucher will be deducted automatically upon Cardholders making subsequent transactions using WeChat Pay HK and the e-cash voucher will be shown as used after successful payment.
8. If there is more than one e-cash voucher stored in “Coupons” under Cardholder’s WeChat Pay HK account, the e-cash voucher with highest value will be used first. In case the e-cash vouchers are of the same value, the e-cash voucher with earliest expiry date will be used first.
9. When WeChat Pay HK has more than one e-cash voucher promotions running concurrently, Cardholders will be entitled to all the e-cash voucher(s) as long as they can satisfy the relevant eligibility criteria for any or all promotions.
10. In case of any fraud/abuse or cancellation of transactions in respect of which a relevant offer was awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the e-cash voucher/reward in question without prior notice.
11. If there is any breach of these terms and conditions or illegal, fraudulent or abusive behavior during the use of any e-cash voucher, Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong will forfeit such Cardholder’s relevant reward and the entitlement of e-cash voucher forthwith and without notice. Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to cancel such transaction and to take legal action against the relevant Cardholder.
12. Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period in order to be eligible to receive any e-cash voucher/reward, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit any e-cash voucher/reward to such Cardholder without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, the e-cash voucher and reward cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, or promotional offers, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
13. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card and merchant’s transaction records and/or other documents in respect of the relevant transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
14. This Promotion is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
15. For goods return or refund, the amount on the relevant e-cash voucher will not be refunded and the relevant e-cash voucher will not be re-issued.
16. Cardholders shall be deemed to have accepted any risks and liabilities in whatsoever nature associated with the services / auxiliary services supplied by Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong and shall waive any claim against Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong in relation to such risks and liabilities when Cardholders make the relevant transactions.
17. Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong will carry out this Promotion in accordance with applicable laws in Hong Kong. In the event this Promotion is stopped by government agency’s orders or must be suspended due to server network attack or system failure or any circumstances beyond Citibank’s and WeChat Pay Hong Kong’s control, such event shall be regarded as a force majeure event, and Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall not be liable for any damage, loss or dispute therein.
18. By participating in this Promotion, the User accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion, and agrees that WeChat Pay Hong Kong may use his/her personal information in accordance with WeChat Pay Hong Kong's "Privacy Policy" for the purpose of this Promotion.
19. Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate the Promotion or any of its terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. Citibank and WeChat Pay Hong Kong shall not be liable for any such change, suspension or termination, and reserve the right of final decision of all the matters and disputes.
